Welcome to the Wichita Open. This year, Wichita’s long-running Korn Ferry Tour event enters its 31st year.
In 2018, $207,100 (highest in tournament history) was donated to local charities. Each year, the event generates $6.5 million in economic impact.
Local charitable organizations receive funding from the Wichita Open in the following ways:
- Events: Wichita Open hosts and administers for local charities during tournament week.
- Volunteer Partnerships: Local charities perform volunteer tasks during tournament week in return for a charitable contribution.
- Ticket Sales: As part of a ChariTee Ticket program, local charities and athletic teams sell grounds passes to tournament play and receive back 100% of their purchases. Over 20 youth athletic teems and non-profits participate annually.
